BUILT-IN OVER HUNG DESIGN
High efficiency
The rotor shaft is directly attached to the motor rotor. Zero transmission loss is achieved without the need for a coupler, belt, or gear design.
Easy maintenance
V-belt replacement and adjustment are no longer required thanks to the built-in overhung design. Motor bearing replacement or re-greasing is not even necessary.
Super Premium Efficiency IPM Motor (IE4 equiv)
The interior permanent magnet (IPM) motor of the new KOBELION VS series has a super premium efficiency that is equivalent to IEC standard IE4. Compared to an induction motor, an IPM is more efficient at all loads. This IPM includes an insulation class H jacket cooling system that uses oil cooling for improved resilience to high ambient temperatures.
New Wide Range Control
While operating at a lower pressure point, the Wide Range Control of the KOBELION VS may offer a significantly higher flow. KOBELION VS detects line pressure and changes the maximum rpm limit automatically. The significantly greater flow and wider pressure range of the new KOBELION VS. Up to 50℃ ambience
A sufficient temperature buffer was built into the design, allowing for continuous use up to 45°C and operating up to 50°C.
